The day before the first exams

Tomorrow are the first Spanish exams for the second half of the semester and it's safe to say that I am really nervous!
The writing exam is always my worst part - for every language - and of course that is the exam we have tomorrow. Right now I am just revising as much vocabulary as I can and then tomorrow I'll revise my grammar before the exam.
I don't know what else I can do to prepare for this. I just hope I'll keep my nerves in check!

The second part of the semester

The second part of the semester officially started last week.
My grades for the midterms were really good and I'm very happy about it. It seems that I found a good way to study Spanish and I am keen on keeping up with this method the second part of the semester. This means I will have to revise a lot!
We are working on Unidad 4 in class right now and I just finished my homework for tomorrow. It seems that this Unidad is more tricky than the last one and the vocabulary is also getting more difficult. I might have to study for more hours for the next exam.
I am also nervous about talking Spanish in class - I am not an extravert person and I am not sure how I can work on this. I guess we will just have to wait and see in class.

Hola!

My first blogpost and I want to reflect on the mid-terms of Spanish. I have not done them all yet, but I had a grammar and reading exam.

I was really nervous about my grammar exam. I studied all weekend and especially focused on the numbers and verbs. The Spanish numbers are hard for me, because they are so similar to the French numbers. However, I do feel like I know them and also think I did well on that section of the exam. I am planning on trying to practice them every week, so that I do not forget them again. I also feel that the verbs went well; I knew all the one they asked and I feel like I can conjugate them quite easily at this point. This is also something I will have to keep up, so that it stays that good.

The reading exam did not really worry me and I also believe it went fairly well.

Tomorrow I have the writing and listening exam. I am confident about the listening exam - I can decipher most words with my knowledge of French. I am nervous about the writing exam, because I am always unsure of where to put the accents on the words.
